The Mega Blaster Hand Held Co2 Launcher which is custom made in our factory in the USA is designed to use 2" poly bags of Flutter FETTI® products to give a fabulous full burst of Fun and Excitement into the air.

We designed the trigger unit of the Mega Blaster to use with our Mega Blaster launcher barrel. So the one trigger unit is compatible with the 24" long Mega Blaster barrel and the 42" long Master Blaster launcher barrel. An economical way to enable you to shoot a wide variety of Flutter FETTI products at your events.

We recommend first inserting a 2 1/4" lifting foam into the bottom of the Mega Blaster's launcher barrel. We use foam instead of a cardboard lifting foam our competitors use because we feel it's much safer.

The Mega Blaster confetti products are packaged in 2" X 10" poly bag sleeves. They are very easy to use. Simply remove the rubber band from the poly bag filled with the products and slowly slide the products into the launcher barrel. We recommend then placing a 2 1/4" Compression Cap on top of the launcher barrel to build compression making the products fly high into the air. To adhere the compression cap to the launcher barrel we suggest you use our paper compression tape. This tape releases the cap quickly unlike masking tape. Then you carefully screw in a 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder into the piercing unit.

Our piercing unit just received a U.S. Patent (#10,222,169 B2) because of its unique design. Our competitors use an old fashioned pull ring piercing unit which provides very little power once the Co2 cylinder is pierced. Our patented piercing unit for the Mega Blaster Launcher is 8” long and is one complete cylinder so it won't leak. Once the Co2 cylinder is pierced the Co2 warms up in the cylinder and becomes very strong giving this launcher the added strength to blow confetti products 30’ - 40’ high into the air spreading out approximately 15’- 20’. You can easily screw in the Co2 cylinder hours before you're ready to fire off the launcher since the Co2 cylinder won't leak.

Besides shooting Flutter FETTI confetti products, it shoots items like stress balls, stuffed animals and even hot dogs! A Real Crowd Pleaser! It also shoots die cut products like our 2" Tissue or Metallic Stars, 2" Tissue or Metallic Rose Petals and 1.5" Tissue or Metallic Hearts. The whole visual idea of a silly thing like a hot dog flying into the crowd gets big smiles and chuckles from those we have spoken to. We get reports that the students and crowd LOVE IT!

- 1 roll of Compression Tape

- 1 -16 Gram threaded Co2 Cylinder per shot

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

MEGA BLASTER HAND HELD Co2 LAUNCHER

LOADING THE LAUNCHER BARREL

Step 1 -WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE MEGA BLASTER TO SHOOT OUT TISSUE OR METALLIC STREAMERS.  ONLY USE IT TO SHOOT OUT TISSUE OR METALLIC FLUTTER FETTI®.  USE OUR QUARTER TURN LAUNCHER OR MASTER BLASTER LAUNCHER TO SHOOT OUT TISSUE OR METALLIC STREAMERS.

Step2- First insert a 2" LIFTING FOAM into the bottom of the launcher barrel.   Then pour the contents of the 2" X 10" sleeve of Tissue of Metallic Flutter FETTI into the launcher barrel.

Step 3 -Place the 2" cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the barrel.

Step 4 -Using the launcher tape, take a 7” strip and tape around the outside diameter, being careful to tape smoothly so there are no air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.

FIRING THE LAUNCHER

Step 4 -Be sure the lever on the trigger is in the (horizontal) position. Insert 1 – 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder into the aluminium -piercing unit at the bottom of the launcher barrel and screw it in until it tightens. Keep turning until it is totally tight. You may hear gas releasing as you screw in the Co2. If you do, continue screwing the cup until it is tightly screwed in and no Co2 is being released. The Co2 will feel cold once it is tightly screwed in. NOTE, Our Piercing Unit is the only piercing unit in the Industry to receive a U.S. Patent (#10,222,163) because it won't leak.  It will work every time you shoot the launcher off.

Step 5 -Insert the barrel into the silver quick connect and push it down as far as it will go then lock the two levers down.  After you close the 2 levers drop the 2 pins into the holes on the sides of the lever to securely lock the levers in.  Now it is ready to fire.

Step 6 -Point the launcher up and at a slight angle. (If you are firing CORKSCREWS aim the launcher straight up into the air to get the correct spiraling effect). Quickly pull the lever down to the perpendicular position.  The confetti will discharge out of the launcher into a wonderful display of color and fun! The Co2 cylinders will ice over upon discharge.

CAUTION – DO NOT AIM OR POINT THE LAUNCHER BARRELS AT ANYONE. 

CAUTION - Do not fire our Mega Blaster launcher loaded with Metallic FETTI outside over telephone wires for our PVC film will conduct electricity.  If you're shooting it outside use our Tissue flame proof Flutter FETTI.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE – IF YOU ARE RENTING THE MEGA BLASTER AND IT CAME IN A CARDBOARD BOX PLEASE SAVE THE BOX YOU RECEIVED IT IN SO YOU CAN USE IT TO SHIP THE LAUNCHER BACK TO US. PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED AND UNUSED Co2 CYLINDERS BEFORE YOU SHIP THE LAUNCHERS BACK TO US.

DO NOT SHIP ANY Co2 CYLINDERS BACK IN YOUR BOX.
