Our Quarter Turn Hand Confetti Launcher is 21" long X 1" wide. Simplicity makes this CO2 confetti launcher easy to use. All of our confetti launchers come with instructions for use. Plus as you can see on this web page we are showing you a video of how to load and shoot this launcher.
Our Metallic confetti flame proof streamer products will shoot 40' into the air, and our Tissue flame proof and biodegradable streamer products will shoot 30' into the air. You can either use 2-9" Speed Load tubes in this CO2 confetti gun launcher or 1-18" Speed load tube. We recommend caping and taping the launcher barrel before shooting it, because the cap builds pressure inside the barrel making the products shoot higher into the air. You can also shoot our other types of Speed load product in this launcher like our Flutter FETTI confetti and our Corkscrews which are like whirly birds which spiral downward when you shoot them straight up into the air.
This Quarter Turn launcher is made in our Factory in Largo, Florida USA. It uses our U.S. Patented #7,666,056 Piercing Unit which holds the Co2 for many days once you've pierced the Co2 Cylinder.
If the box this launcher arrives in doesn't have the Flutter FETTI Official Product Seal on the outside of the box it's nOT AND AUTHENTIC CERTIFIED FLUTTER FETTI product.
ALL HAND CONFETTI SHOOTER ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 3:00 P.M. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
CONFETTI ACCESSORIES REQUIRE FOR USE:
- 1-18' Speed load tube of confetti or 2-9" Speed load tubes of confetti
- 1" Compression Cap
- Compression Tape
- 12 Gram threaded Co2 cylinder
NOTE - If you are using our products by the Gross to fill the Quarter Turn launcher, the paper tab will be on each streamer keeping the streamer closed in the bag. YOU MUST BREAK THE TAB before loading the Streamers by the gross into your launcher barrel, or it will not unroll in the air.
Caution: Do not fire our launchers loaded with Metallic streamers outside over telephone wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer. If you want to shoot streamers outside, please use our 2" X 40' Tissue Streamers or our 18" speed load tubes of tissue streamers, both of which are flame retardant.
All prices are in USD Copyright 2024 Flutter FETTI Confetti & Streamers.
Disclaimer: Note some confetti products are colored with dye that may stain if they come become damp or wet. Please remove wet confetti immediately upon discharge.
Instructions For Use
LOADING THE CANNON BARREL:
Step 1 – Remove the caps from both ends of the speed load tubes. (Note, use either 2-18” speed load tubes or 4-9” speed load tubes.) If you are loading our larger streamers BE SURE TO REMOVE THE PIECE OF TAPE ON EACH STREAMER BEFORE INSERTING IT INTO THE CANNON BARREL.
Step 2 – Insert the contents (confetti or streamers) of the speed load tubes into the barrel of the cannon. Do not put the plastic tube in the barrel, just the contents.
Step 3 – Place the 1 1/4" cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the barrel. This cap will help build compression to make the products fly higher into the air.
Step 4 – Using the compression tape, take a 5” – 6” strip and tape around the outside diameter (the skirt), being careful to tape smoothly so there are no air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.
Step 6 - Next Insert 1- 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder into the aluminum piercing unit at the bottom of the cannon barrel and screw it in slowly until it tightens. Keep turning until it is totally tight. You may hear gas releasing as you screw in the Co2. If you do, continue screwing the cup until it is tightly screwed in and no Co2 is being released. The Co2 will feel cold once it is tightly screwed in.
Step 7 – Insert the barrel into the silver quick connect and push it down as far as it will go then lock the levers down. Note, you may have 2 levers to push down on the quick connection. If you do please lock them down. There are safety pins on each lever. Please remove the pins and insert them into the holes of the 2 levers. They will secure the cannon barrel to the trigger unit. Now it is ready to fire.
FIRING THE CANNON:
Step 8 - On the Blue lever is a SILVER SAFETY LOCK sliding piece. Move the safety lock to the left and hold it in place. That allows you to pull the trigger lever unit down when you're ready to fire. If you don't move the safety lock to the left you won't be able to pull the Blue lever unit down to fire the cannon.
Step 9 – Point the cannon up and at a slight angle. (If you are firing CORKSCREWS aim the cannon straight up into the air to get the correct spiraling effect). Quickly pull the lever down to the 6 o'clock position. The confetti or streamers will discharge out of the cannon into a wonderful display of color and fun! The Co2 cylinders will ice over upon discharge.
CAUTION – DO NOT AIM OR POINT THE CANNON BARRELS AT ANYONE.
