Our 18" double-sided, pre-loaded, disposable tube filled with exploding metallic party streamers with FETTI® is one of our most favorite special effects! These celebrate confetti poppers are filled at both ends, so you get 2 shots per tube with the simple "flick of the wrist." Watch the Metallic Streamers fly out of the tube 25' to 30' high into the air as over 640 pieces of Metallic Flutter FETTI® are released from the streamers!

You can order as many or as few CUSTOM COLORED exploding party streamers with FETTI as you want. There is NO minimum order for this celebrate confetti popper. Please choose up to 8 colors for your exploding party streamers with FETTI from our color chart.

To operate them hold the confetti tube high into the air, not bending your elbow. The tilt the tube back to the 11:00 position then with the "flick of the wrist,” begin flicking the tube stopping at 12:00 high the Streamers with FETTI® will fly out of the tube 25' to 30' high. Turn the tube over, and begin flicking again until all the streamers fly out of the celebrate confetti popper.

The Metallic Streamers and FETTI® are made from flame-retardant PVC film and have a U.S. Patent ##6,692,335 B2 on them. Streamer with FETTI are hand made in our factory in the USA.
Be sure your Streamers with FETTI arrive in a box that has a Certified Flutter FETTI Authentic product sticker on the outside of the box.
