Our 18" double-sided, pre-loaded, disposable cardboard streamer popper comes filled with Metallic Streamers with Circular like tissue we call “Bubbles”. These confetti and streamer cannons require NO Co2 because of the U.S. Patented ##6,692,335 B2 way we make them.

These airless streamer poppers are very easy to use. Hold either end of the tube in your hand then put your arm straight up into the air. Slowly put the tube in the 3:00 position then with the simple "flick of the wrist" flick the tube straight up stopping at 12:00 high and you’ll be amazed as the Streamers with Bubbles unravel in the air releasing "circular" rolls of tissue bubbles giving a spectacular special effect! Then turn the streamer popper over and flick the other end. There are 32 Streamers with Bubbles inside of the tube.
The Tissue Bubbles and Metallic Streamers are flame-proof and the tissue bubbles are biodegradable (eco-friendly).
Streamers with Bubbles are all PROUDLY hand made in the USA which make them work the first time EVERY TIME!
When you receive your products the box the Streamers with Bubbles arrive in should have a Circle Sticker stating CERTIFIED FLUTTER FETTI OFFICIAL PRODUCT on it. If it doesn’t then you’re not buying an Authorized Flutter FETTI confetti and streamer cannon.

Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.
