Flutter FETTI is the inventor of the "Hand Flick" Confetti Launchers.  Our hand flick launchers are INNOVATIVE in the industry. Many of our competitors try to compete with our hand flick launchers, but since we manufacture them in the USA not in a foreign country our 6" Flutter Flickers can come filled with 75% Tissue and 25% Metallic film in Custom Colors to match your events decor.

You can choose up to 8 tissue colors and 8 metallic film colors at no additional cost.  We just ask that you purchase a minimum of 45 tubes when you check out. 

Flutter Flickers are a 6" plastic tube filled with rectangular shaped Flutter FETTI both in tissue and metallic.  They are ideal for low (9' to 10') high ceilings. Since these tubes have caps at each end the confetti won't fall out.

Consequently, these confetti launchers are designed to fit in a man's jacket pocket or a lady’s purse. With the simple "flick of the wrist," watch the fun and magic begin as Flutter FETTI® confetti flutters and floats high into the air! No Co2 is required.

The metallic FETTI® is made from flame-retardant metallic film. We use the thinnest PVC film to make our metallic Flutter FETTI.  Which means it's so lightweight it goes higher into the air and floats slowly downward making a spectacular special effect. The tissue is biodegradable and flame retardant

Flutter Flickers are easy to use, cost affordable and will amaze your guests when you start flicking the tubes.  They are sure to be the hit of your event!

Step 1 – First remove the cap from either end of the tube.

Step 2 – Then hold the closed end in your hand and extend your arm straight up into the air not bending your elbow.
 
Step 3 – Then point the tube in the 3:00 position. Quickly bring the tube back to the 12:00 position straight up into the air flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high to make the Flutter FETTI® fly the highest into the air. 

Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI® is out of the tube, always stopping at the 12:00 position. Then you’ll have an explosion of SURPRISE and EXCITEMENT in the air showering your guests with FUN.
 
NOTE  - If you flick the tube accidentally forward, you will be disappointed with the effect because the FETTI® will fly out of the tube forward falling to the ground. So, it’s important that you flick the tube straight up into the air to make the FETTI® fly the highest in the air.
