Since we manufacture Flutter FETTI here in the USA and don't import it from a foreign country we can custom color the 75% Tissue and 25" Metallic  wrapped and banded stacks of  Flutter FETTI confetti which come packaged in a plastic bag. These stacks of  Flutter FETTI confetti  will fit into a launcher barrel with a diameter of 1" or greater. NOTE, BE SURE TO REMOVE THE RUBBER BAND OFF OF EACH STACK BEFORE YOU PUT THE FLUTTER FETTI INTO YOUR LAUNCHER BARREL. 

You can choose up to 8 "custom colors" of Tissue and 8 "custom colors" of Metallic when placing your order to match your events decor.  Please be sure to indicate the color of tissue and metallic you require when placing your order.

These confetti packets are also ideal for inserting into balloons for balloon drops. Before you insert them into the balloon we suggest removing the tissue wrap and dropping the pack of Flutter FETTI into the balloon then shaking the balloon so the Flutter FETTI will adhere all around the inside of the balloon. Then the Flutter FETTI  will look glittery in the air as the pieces slowly fall downward once the balloon is popped.

Be sure the box your  75% Tissue and 25% Metallic Wrapped and Banded Flutter FETTI arrives in has our Flutter FETTI ”Certified Official Sticker" on the outside of the box. Otherwise it’s not a Flutter FETTI authentic product. 

Note, Our Metallic film does Not Fade if it gets wet, but some  Tissue colors  will  fade if it gets wet.  Please remove them immediately when wet for it might stain.
