About the Product

When shooting confetti outdoors, use our Tissue Flutter FETTI®, made from biodegradable, eco-friendly, flame-proof tissue. Whether indoors or outdoors, our tissue confetti is safe to use, even around open flames like candles, as it won’t burn if it falls on them.

Customizable Colors: We offer custom coloring for our bulk tissue Flutter FETTI®, which is sold by the pound. You can easily coordinate with your party's color scheme by selecting from the colors shown on this page. The tissue Flutter FETTI® comes packaged in a 1-lb. poly bag, about the size of a gallon-sized baggie, with the confetti loose inside.

Recommended Use: Our Tissue Flutter FETTI® is versatile and can be used in various confetti cannons, such as the Baby Gerb Continuous Flow Cannon, the Red Blower, the Surprise Box, or our 3" or 6" Continuous Flow Cannons. For a dramatic effect, you can also drop it from a catwalk or balcony. In fact, 500 lbs of tissue Flutter FETTI® was tossed from a catwalk at the Democratic Convention years ago, covering the entire convention center.
