Our competitors  package their confetti in poly bags which are more difficult to load into a Co2 launcher barrel.  We package our Flutter FETTI confetti in 18" plastic tubes we call "speed load tubes" simply because you can easily and quickly unload the confetti from the tube. We manufacture all our products in the USA not in a foreign country using proprietary manufacturing specifications. We only use tissue that is biodegradable and has been put into a special bath that makes the tissue flame proof.  Our tissue is also made in the USA.

Since we hand make our products in the USA we can Custom Color the  tissue Flutter FETTI which you would like to have in your speed load tube to match the decor of your event. In order not to waste any of our tissue we request you purchase 12 Speed Load tubes in  custom colors to match your event's decor. Also, note our speed load tubes of Flutter FETTI can be used with any other Co2 launcher which you might own. We designed it to shoot in our Quarter Turn Launcher, our Master Blaster Launcher and our X6V3 Electric Launcher.  When loading our  1" in diameter launcher barrels the confetti will fly different distances depending on the size of each launcher.

Each of our 1" launcher barrels us a U.S. Patented piercing unit which won't let the Co2 leak. So you can screw in the Co2 into our piercing unit days before your event and it won't leak.

Be sure the box your 18" Speed Load tubes arrive in has our Flutter FETTI ”Certified Official Sticker" on the outside of the box. Otherwise it’s not a Flutter FETTI authentic product.

FLUTTER FETTI IN ACTION.

Our 18" speed load tubes of biodegradable flame proof tissue Flutter FETTI are very easy to use.  

Simply remove one of the caps from either end of the tube then slide the Flutter FETTI into your Co2 launcher barrel. 

When loading the launcher barrel we recommend putting a cardboard compression paper cap  on the top of the launcher barrel to help build compression to make the confetti fly high into the air! 

Once the cap is on, use  approximately 6” of our paper compression tape which releases the cap easily  and wrap the tape all around the compression cap adhering it to the launcher barrel. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap. Now the Co2  launcher barrel filled with tissue Flutter FETTI is ready to be used.

Now the Custom Colored speed load of Tissue Flutter FETTI is ready to be shot out of the launcher barrel.

Disclaimer: Note some tissue confetti colors are colored with dye that may stain if they become damp or wet. Please remove wet confetti immediately upon discharge.
