Crafted by our ingenious Confettiologists, these cannons (tubes) not only glow themselves but also unleash a mesmerizing effect with Flutter FETTI® confetti that glows in the dark. Perfect for elevating the atmosphere of rave parties and nightclubs, these cannons are designed for ceilings ranging from 12’ to 15’.
Wrapped in vibrant NEON GREEN, PINK, or YELLOW glow-in-the-dark wraps, our tubes are filled with matching glow-in-the-dark NEON GREEN, PINK, or YELLOW TISSUE FLUTTER FETTI, offering an extraordinary spectacle under black light. With confetti pieces measuring 2” x .580”, cleanup is a breeze, as our neon-colored Flutter FETTI tissue is both Biodegradable and Flame Proof.

Instructions For Use
Watch our instructional video to see the 14” Confetti Cannons in action! Simply hold either end in your hand, raise your arm high into the air, and flick the tube with your wrist, stopping at 12:00 high to release the Flutter FETTI. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube. (Note, if you flick the tube forward the effect will disappoint your audience so keep stopping at 12:00 high as you flick the tube.)
