Instructions For Use
Step 1:First remove the cap from one end of the tube.
Step 2:Then hold the closed end in your hand and extend your arm straight up into the air not bending your elbow.
Step 3:Start flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high until all the Flutter FETTI Confetti is out of the tube.
DO NOT flick the tube forward. If you do the Flutter FETTI will fly out of the tube forward falling to the floor. This will disappoint all your guests at your event.

This product is handmade in our USA factory. We GUARANTEE the confetti will fly in the air if you follow the Instructions on how to flick the tube above.
Be sure the box your Flutter Flickers arrive in has our Flutter FETTI "Certified Official Sticker" on the outside of the box. Otherwise it’s not a Flutter FETTI Authentic product.
Disclaimer: Note some confetti products are colored with dye that may stain if they become damp or wet. Please remove wet confetti immediately upon discharge.
