Flutter FETTI is the originator of these neon glow in the dark tubes. They are designed to use in a 12’ to 15’ ceilings. These tubes are wrapped in NEON GREEN, PINK OR YELLOW and are filled with NEON GREEN, PINK OR YELLOW TISSUE FLUTTER FETTI. Both the tube and the FLUTTER FETTI “glow in the dark” under BLACK LIGHT.

The Flutter FETTI pieces are 2” x .580” designed for easy clean up.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO TO SEE THE 14” CONFETTI STICKS IN ACTION!

Hold either end in your hand and raise your arm high into the air so you’re not bending your elbow. Then quickly begin flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high to make the Flutter FETTI fly the highest into the air. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.
