Since we manufacture our Flutter FETTI products in the USA we can "custom color" our wrapped and banded stacks of Tissue Flutter FETTI confetti which come packaged in a plastic bag. You can choose up to 8 tissue colors in your stack of wrapped and banded tissue Flutter FETTI. Please be sure to indicate which tissue colors you require when placing your order so the Flutter FETTI will coordinate with your events color scheme.
These Flutter FETTI confetti stacks will fit into a launcher barrel with a diameter of 1" or greater. NOTE, BE SURE TO REMOVE THE RUBBER BAND OFF OF EACH STACK BEFORE YOU PUT THE FLUTTER FETTI INTO YOUR LAUNCHER BARREL.
These confetti packets are ideal for inserting into balloons for balloon drops. Before you insert the tissue Flutter FETTI into your balloon we suggest you remove the tissue outer wrap around each stack before you drop the Flutter FETTI stack into your balloon.
We also carry Neon Wrapped and Banded "Glow in the Dark" tissue Flutter FETTI in Neon Pink, Neon Green, & Neon White. Our wrapped and banded stacks of Neon Tissue Flutter FETTI will glow under black lights.
