About the Product
Our 6" Hand Flick Flutter Flicker Confetti Launcher is composed of a 6" plastic tube filled with rectangular shaped Flame Proof Metallic Flutter FETTI Confetti.
Ideal for low (9' to 10') high ceilings. These confetti launchers are designed to fit in a man's jacket pocket or a lady’s purse. With the simple "flick of the wrist," watch the fun and magic begin as Flutter FETTI® confetti flutters and floats high into the air!
Flutter FETTI® is made from flame-retardant metallic film. Unlike our competitors we use the thinnest PVC film to make our Flutter FETTI. Which means it's so lightweight it goes higher into the air and floats slowly downward making a spectacular special effect
Since Flutter FETTI products are made in the USA you can choose up to 8 custom colors to put into the disposable handheld confetti cannons.
Simply click on the 8 colors you choose and we’ll custom make the Flutter Flickers to match your party's color scheme. So be sure to click on up to 8 the metallic colors you want inside of your Flutter Flickers.
Be sure the box your Flutter Flickers arrive in has our Certified “Official Flutter FETTI” sticker on the outside of the box. Otherwise it’s not a Flutter FETTI authentic product.

Instructions For Use
Step 2 – Then hold the closed end in your hand and extend your arm straight up into the air not bending your elbow.
Step 3 – Then point the tube in the 3:00 position. Quickly bring the tube back to the 12:00 position straight up into the air flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high to make the Flutter FETTI® fly the highest into the air.
NOTE - If you flick the tube accidentally forward, you will be disappointed with the effect because the FETTI® will fly out of the tube forward falling to the ground. So, it’s important that you flick the tube straight up into the air to make the FETTI® fly the highest in the air.
WARNING – Do not point, flick or fling this tube toward anyone when using.
