Instructions For Use
Step 2 - Then Point the tube in the 3:00 position and begin flicking the tube upward stopping at 12:00 o'clock high and the Flutter FETTI® confetti will flutter, fly and float out of the tube adding excitement and awe to your event. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.
Step 3 - Once all the Flutter FETTi is out of the tube, turn the tube over, raise your arm high into the air and begin flicking again until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the other end of the tube.
Always remember to stop straight up in the air at the 12:00 position so the Flutter FETTI will go the highest into the air. The 18″ tube will propel rectangular-shaped Flutter FETTI tissue confetti 15′ to 20′ high into the air.
NOTE - It’s important that you don’t flick the tube forward because the tissue Flutter FETTI confetti will fly forward landing on the GROUND which will disappoint you and your guests.
