Our 18" double-sided, pre-loaded, disposable confetti cannon filled with 32 Metallic streamers and FETTI® is one of the most popular special effects in the industry! Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI® outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.
Important Notice About Tissue/Metallic Products: While our tissue and metallic products are safe under normal conditions, please be aware that when they become saturated with liquid and are under pressure, the colors may bleed. We recommend immediately removing the products if they get wet to avoid any potential staining or color transfer.

Instructions For Use
Step 1 - Hold either end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm straight up high into the air until it’s in the 12 o'clock position.
Step 2 - Then quickly start flicking the tube with your wrist always stopping at 12:00 high to make the streamers fly the higest into the air Keep flicking until all the streamers are out of the tube. TURN THE TUBE OVER and again extend your arm straight up above your head in the 12 o'clock position and start flicking the tube until all the streamers fly high into the air. The streamers can fly 25' to 30' high into the air. (Note: Our 6" FETTI® Strips are ideal for venues with 10-foot low ceiling since they can be launched horizontally to create an elegant floating effect.)
If you accidentally flick the tube forward, you may be disappointed with the effect because the streamers will shoot forward and quickly fall to the ground. For the best results, always flick the tube straight up into the air. This allows the Streamers to reach their maximum height, creating an unforgettable celebration moment.
WARNING – Do not point or flick this tube toward anyone when using.
