Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.
Important Notice About Tissue/Metallic Products: While our tissue and metallic products are safe under normal conditions, please be aware that when they become saturated with liquid and are under pressure, the colors may bleed. We recommend immediately removing the products if they get wet to avoid any potential staining or color transfer.

Instructions For Use
Step 1: Hold either end of the tube filled with Streamers and FETTI®. Extend your arm straight up, keeping your elbow straight. Tilt the top of the tube slightly backward to the 3 o’clock position, then quickly flick with it with your wrist back to straight up to launch the streamers as high as possible. Keep flicking until all the Streamers with FETTI are out of the tube.
Step 2: Flip the tube over and repeat Step 1.
Caution: If you accidentally flick the tube forward, the Streamers with FETTI will shoot straight out and fall to the floor—disappointing your audience. Always flick the tube straight up for a spectacular, airborne effect!
