Our 6" Flutter Flickers are  "Hand Flick" Confetti Cannons which are a 6" plastic tube filled with rectangular "aerodynamically" shaped Flutter FETTI® Tissue Confetti. This 6" tube is Ideal for low (9' to 10') high ceilings. These are designed to fit in a man's jacket pocket or a lady’s purse. 

With the simple "flick of the wrist," watch the FUN and MAGIC begin as Flutter FETTI® confetti flutters and floats high into the air! Flutter FETTI® is made from flame-proof and biodegradable (eco-friendly) tissue paper. You can choose up to 8 custom colors of tissue  Flutter FETTI to have inside of your Flickers.  Since these are hand made in our factory we request you order 40 Flutter Flickers so we won't waste any of the colors of tissue you're requesting.

HERE'S A GREAT IDEA FROM ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS - If you're using these Flutter Flickers at a banquet event have the waiters pass them out on trays, then have your DJ tell everyone when and how to use them. Be sure the box your Flutter Flickers arrive in has our Flutter FETTI ”Certified Official Sticker" on the outside of the box. Otherwise it’s not a Flutter FETTI authentic product.  ALL our Flutter Flickers are "Hand Made" in the USA.

Step 1: First remove the cap from the end of the tube. 

Step 2: Then hold the closed end in your hand and extend your arm straight up into the air not bending your elbow.

Step 3: Start flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high until all the Flutter FETTI Confetti is out of the tube.

DO NOT flick the tube forward. If you do the Flutter FETTI will fly out of the tube forward falling to the floor. This will disappoint all your guests at your event.
