Instructions For Use
Step 1 – Hold the empty end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm upward above your head to the 12:00 position. Then quickly flick your wrist, always stopping at the 12:00 high position until all the streamers fly out of the tube.
Note: If you accidentally flick the tube forward the effect will be diminished as the Streamers will fly forward and fall to the ground. To achieve the best effect, always flick the tube straight up into the air ensuring the streamers will fly as high as possible
WARNING – Do not point, flick or fling this tube toward anyone when using.
