Our Airless "Hand Flick" Confetti Cannons  are REVOLUTIONARY in the Confetti Industry! What makes them so unusual is generally you need a Co2 powered confetti launcher to shoot streamers into the air, but these streamers  will fly out of the tube 25' to 30' high WITHOUT USING Co2.

They work by using “Human Power."  Just the simple  “Flick of the Wrist" can propel these streamers up to 25' to 35' high into the air! So be sure the venue you're using them in has a high enough ceiling for them to unroll into the air.

These confetti cannons are half filled at one end with 16  metallic streamers in Multicolor. Because we hand make these tubes in our factory in the USA there is No Minimum Order.  So you can order just the amount needed for your special event.

We use Proprietary Manufacturing Specifications to make these confetti cannons plus we use the thinnest PVC film available in the marketplace which is the main reason they can fly so high into the air and slowly float downward offering a spectacular special effect!

Be sure the outside of the box your products arrived in have the circular CERTIFIED FLUTTER FETTI STICKER on it making the products inside of the box an authentic Flutter FETTI product.

If your venue will not allow confetti show them these Metallic Streamers which are very easy to clean up in fact since they are so pretty your guests will probably pick them up and wear them and dance the night away.

Step 1: Hold the empty end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm straight up above your head until it’s in the 12 o'clock position.

Step 2: Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. In one continuous motion, quickly return your arm to the 12 o'clock position while flicking your wrist. Be SURE to STOP AT 12:00 HIGH. Repeat until the entire product is out of the tube. If nothing happens, you may not be flicking hard enough. Repeat with more vigor.

Step 3: You’ll see that our Streamers can fly 25’ to 30’ high into the air. They can even be used in a lower ceiling. If your ceiling is low simply flick the tube horizontally for a fun Special Effect!
