18" Airless Flutter FETTI® Confetti Launcher w/Metallic Streamers - Hand Flick Confetti Cannon

Our "Airless Confetti Launchers" are REVOLUTIONARY in the Confetti Industry! They are so unique we received a U.S. Patent on them. What makes them so unusual is generally you need a Co2 confetti launcher to shoot streamers into the air, but these will fly out of the tube 25' to 30' high WITHOUT USING Co2. They work by using “Human Power” the “Flick of the Wrist”.  Since we received a U.S. Patent for them, we are the ONLY company Certified to Manufacture them.  If other companies are making them, they are infringing on our U.S. Patent.  Be sure the outside of the box your products arrived in have the circular CERTIFIED FLUTTER FETTI STICKER on it making the products inside of the box an authentic Flutter FETTI product.

IF your venue will not allow confetti show them these Metallic Streamers which are very easy to clean up in fact since they are so pretty your guests will probably pick them up and wear them and dance the night away.

We can even custom color the Streamers to match your events color scheme.  Simply click on the color of the Metallic Streamer color you like for us to make them in shown on the right of this page.   You can choose up to 2 colors.

Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.

Step 1: Hold the end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm straight up above your head until it’s in the 12 o'clock position. 

Step 2: Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. In one continuous motion, quickly return your arm to the 12 o'clock position while flicking your wrist. Repeat until the entire product is out of the tube. If nothing happens, you may not be flicking hard enough. Repeat with more vigor. 

Step 3: Turn the tube over, hold the empty end and repeat Step 2 until the tube is empty. You’ll see that our Streamers can fly 20’ to 25’ high into the air. They can even be used in a lower ceiling. If your ceiling is low simply flick the tube horizontally turn the tube over and flick it again horizontally for a fun special effect!
