These tubes are affordable and are easy to use plus they  offer lots of fun at your Pride Events.  You can easily hold the end of the tube with the streamers, flick it with your wrist and watch in amazement as the Flutter FETTi flutters, flies and floats up to 15' high into the air.

Then you can blow into the tube (which has a noisemaker inside of the tube) then swish the streamers as you parade at your events.

Be sure when your Rainbow tubes arrive that the box has the Flutter FETTI "Certified Official Product Sticker" on the Outside of the Box otherwise it's not an Authentic Flutter FETTI product.

Our 14" Airless (Meaning NO Co2 required) "Hand Flick" Rainbow Pride tubes are very simple to use.

Step 1 - Hold the end with the Pom-Pom streamers on it. Then raise your arm straight up into the air.

Then point the tube in the 3:00 position and begin flicking the tube stopping at 12:00 o'clock high and the Flutter FETTI® confetti will flutter, fly and float out of the tube adding excitement and awe to your event. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.

NOTE - If you flick the tube forward instead of straight up into the air then the Flutter FETTI Confetti will fly out of the tube forward offering a disappointing special effect. So please REMEMBER to keep your arm high in the air as you're flicking the tube.

Step 2 - Once the tube is empty blow into it to hear the noisemaker!  Then swish the tube back and forth showing your PRIDE  having fun with the metallic streamers.

When your order arrives at your delivery location be sure it has a CERTIFIED “Official FLUTTER FETTI STICKER" on the outside of the box to be sure it is an authentic Flutter FETTI product
