Step 2 – Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. Return your arm to the 12 o'clock position quickly, flicking the wrist at the same time until all the tissue Flutter FETTI® confetti and snappin poppers are out of one end of the tube. If nothing happens, flick  harder. Always stop at 12:00 high to get the confetti and poppers to go the highest in the air.

Step 3 – Turn the tube over, hold the empty end and repeat steps 1 and 2 until the tube of FireCracklers is empty.

(NOTE – If you flick the tube accidentally forward, you will be disappointed with the effect because the FETTI® and Cracklers will fly out of the tube forward falling to the ground instead of fluttering, flying and floating high into the air. So, it’s important that you flick the tube straight up into the air to get the special effect of the FETTI and the Cracklers together falling on a concrete pavement.
