The X-6 Version 3 has transformed into an exceptional confetti and streamer cannon. With the ability to launch 2-inch by 40-foot streamers up to 110 feet, it stands as a very powerful reliable cannon.
Our U.S. Patented (#10,222,169) Trigger Piercing unit makes this the BEST piercing unit in the industry because it WON'T leak. It will hold the Co2 once it’s screwed in for many days if not months and still shoots off flawlessly. The piercing unit is incorporated with the reservoir that the Co2 cartridge unloads into. This allows the Co2 to expand and move right to the value allowing an instantaneous release resulting in an extremely powerful blast.
Lifetime Warranty
At Flutter FETTI®, our Co2 Cannons are backed by a lifetime replacement warranty, covering any issues related to normal wear and tear or defects in the materials used. Please note that any damage caused by misuse or improper handling will void this warranty. Should your Co2 Cannon require repair, we will service it at the lowest possible cost. To initiate a warranty claim, please return the Co2 Cannons to us for a thorough inspection.
The X-6 has a 110V electric valve that can be detonated several ways including analog push button momentary switch (available from us), wired back to a lighting control board with an available 110v circuit or DMX through a relay box (available from us). It can be configured several ways from floor mount to truss mount with infinite angle adjustments.
CANNON BARRELSThe X-6 has two barrel configurations available. 1” diameter barrel that is perfect for tissue or metallic streamers for distances up to 110'. Our 2” diameter barrel is best for confetti and die cut shapes over distances up to 45’-50'. Both barrels have a quick disconnect system that allows for easy barrel changes between shows.LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION OF THE X6V3With the exception of the electric valve, the X-6V3 is constructed with an all aluminum frame and parts. This allows for easy handling and cuts down on overall truss weight. The X6V3 is half the weight of other electric truss mounted cannons. No separate air compressor is required. The X-6 fires using a 3” long 16 gram theaded Co2 cartridge that easily screws into the back of the reservoir.

We can create 18" Speed load tubes of Metallic Streamers in a variety of styles.
Speed load tubes filled with Tissue or Metallic Streamers. Our speed load tube of streamers make them very easy to load into the cannon barrel. The metallic streamers can fly up to 40' into the air. Tissue streamers will fly up to 45' high into the air. Use 2-18" speed load tubes of tissue or metallic streamer products per barrel per shot using a 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder.
Speed load tubes filled with Streamers with Tissue Bubbles - As the 18' Metallic streamers unroll in the air circular pieces of tissue we call bubbles slowly fall out of each streamer offering a fun exciting special effect. Use 2-18" speed load tubes filled with Metallic Streamers with Bubbles per barrel per shot with a 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder. Streamers with Tissue Bubbles will fly up to 48' or higher in a venue with a high ceiling
Speed load tubes filled with Streamers with Metallic FETTI® - As the metallic streamers unroll hundreds of pieces of metallic Flutter FETTI will slowly flutter, fly and float out of each streamer replicating fireworks in the air! Use 2-18" speed load tubes of Streamers with FETTI per barrel per shot with a 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder. Streamers with Tissue FETTI will fly up to 48' into the air.
Speed load tubes filled with FETTI Strips - FETTI Strips are 6" streamers which slowly curl up as they shoot into the air looking like twinkling stars as they slowly float downward. Use 2-18" speed load tubes of FETTI Strips per barrel per shot with a 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder. Metallic FETTI Strips will fly up 35' or higher depending on the ceiling height. If you angle the X6V3 cannon barrel straight out the FETTI Strips can be shot out in a venue with a low ceiling height.
Speed load tubes filled with Diamond Shaped Metallic Streamers - Using our flame proof metallic film our Diamond shaped streamers give an amazing diamond shape as they fly into the air. They are cut 2" Wide X 18' long. Use 2-18" speed load tubes of Diamond Shaped Metallic Streamers per barrel per shot Metallic Diamond Shaped streamers will fly up to 60' - 65' or higher in a venue with a high ceiling height using a 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder.
Speed load tubes filled with Diamond Shaped Tissue Streamers - Using our flame proof and biodegradable Diamond shaped streamers give an amazing diamond shape as they fly into the air. They are cut 2 "wide X 18' long. Use 2-18" speed load tubes of Diamond Shaped Tissue Streamers per barrel per shot. Tissue Diamond Shaped Streamers will fly up to 60' - 65' or higher in a venue with a high ceiling height using a 12 gram threaded Co2 cylinder.

For use in our 1" Cannon BarrelNote- We manufacture Custom Colored Tissue or Metallic streamers to any distance you need them to fly into the air up to 110'.
1 1/2" X 20' Metallic Streamers with Tissue Bubbles - The metallic streamers have circular pieces of tissue we call bubbles so as the streamers unroll the tissue bubbles fly out of each streamer and slowly float downward. They will fly out of the X6 canon 70'-75' or higher in a venue with a high ceiling using a 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder.
Large Tissue or Metallic Streamers 2" X 40' - These streamers can be manufactured to fly the distance you required. Up to 90' - 110' into the air in a venue with a high ceiling using a 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder.
1 1/2"x6" Metallic FETTI® Strips are 6 "streamers which look like twinkling stars as they fly up to 52' to 55' in a medium high ceiling using a 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder.
1 1/2" X 25' Metallic Streamers filled with Metallic FETTI® - The metallic FETTI will flutter, fly and float out of each streamer as it unrolls in the air offering a fireworks special effect. Our DMX relay box is compatible with your DMX system. It will seamlessly fit into your DMX loop.
It is fully addressable and has in and out ports. This relay requires 110V and it supplies the current to the cannon.

to remove the piece of tape holding each streamer closed BEFORE you insert
them into the cannon barrel.

Instructions For Use
Please watch this video to see how to correctly pierce the Co2 cylinder into the X-6 Version 3 trigger unit.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
LOADING THE LAUNCHER BARRELS
Step 1 – Put the gray foam lifting seal into the BOTTOM of the barrel. We recommend loading the foam by inserting it into the bottom of the launcher barrel.
Step 2 – Remove the caps from both ends of the speed load tubes filled with confetti and streamer products. NOTE – We recommend filling the launchers with either 2-18” Speed Load tubes of products or 4-9” Speed Load tubes of product. If you are loading the launcher barrel with individual larger streamers BE SURE TO REMOVE THE TAPE FROM EACH STREAMER BEFORE YOU LOAD IT INTO THE BARREL.
Step 3 – Place the cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the barrels.
Step 4 – Using the launcher tape, take a 5” – 6” strip and tape around the outside diameter, being careful to tape smoothly so there are no air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the compression cap.
FIRING THE LAUNCHERS
Step 5 – Lift the levers on the quick connect coupler on the launching unit. Insert the barrels into the quick connect coupler. Push down on the quick release levers locking the barrel into the proper position. Double-check the connectors so that they are securely fastened and locked. There are 2 pins on a ring, remove the pins and insert through the holes to lock in the cam levers.
(Continue with these instructions if hanging the X6V3 from a lighting grid)
Step 6 – Using a wrench loosen the fittings before aiming the barrels. If you are hanging the X6V3 from a lighting grid first position the launcher in the direction you want the barrels to fire. Next tighten the C-clamp onto the lighting grid so the barrels point in the correct position. Tighten all fittings after aiming the barrels.
Step 7 – Screw in the 16 gram threaded Co2 cylinder. Keep screwing quickly until the cylinder is cold. NOTE- Screw in the Co2 as close to Showtime as possible.
Step 8 – Plug in the push button control switch to the AC power source. Check that the control switch is OFF. Attach the electric cord from the launcher to the 110V in port on the control box. Extension cords can be used to accommodate longer distances. Also multi plugs or power strips can be used to attach multiple launchers to the control box.
Step 9 – Next fasten the silver safety strap around the launcher and the lighting grid. If you are ready to fire and are not using a control box, just plug the launcher in and it will fire. If you are using a control box go to step 10.
Firing Instructions for using the X6V3 on a stage floor or hanging from a lighting grid
Step 10 – Turn the control switch on the red box to ON. Verify that the indicator light is on.
NOTE- if you are not using a control box then the launchers will fire when they are plugged in.
Step 11 – When ready to launch push the black firing button.
NOTE- The X6 Launchers can also be turned over and they will sit on a stage floor by removing the C clamp used on trusses. When in the sitting position you will need to remove the straight coupling and put in a 45 degree coupling to enable the launcher barrel to be in a 45 degree angle. If that is how you requested the launcher barrels we have already done this for you. Then you must put a sandbag or something similar to hold the launchers stationery in place.
