Description of the Quarter Turn Cannon The Quarter Turn Hand Confetti Launcher measures 21" long x 1" wide and is engineered for simplicity, reliability, and ease of use. Every launcher includes written instructions, and this page features a step-by-step video showing how to load and fire the unit properly.

For optimal performance, we recommend capping and taping the launcher barrel before firing. The compression cap increases internal pressure, allowing products to project higher into the air.

Required Accessories To operate this launcher, you will need:

• One 18" Speed-Load tube or two 9" Speed-Load tubes

• 1" Compression Cap

• Compression Tape

• 12-gram threaded CO₂ cylinder

• 1-1 /14" Lifting Foam

Important Loading Note If using streamer products by the gross, each streamer includes a paper tab to keep it closed in packaging. You must break the paper tab before loading—failure to do so will prevent proper unrolling during launch.

Safety Notice Do not fire metallic streamers outdoors near overhead wires. Metallic PVC streamers conduct electricity and may cause electrical shorts if they contact power lines.

For outdoor use, we recommend:

• 2" x 40' tissue streamers, or

• 18" Speed-Load tissue streamer tubes
  Both options are flame-retardant and safe for outdoor environments.

CO2 Cannon Lifetime Warranty

At Flutter FETTI®, our CO2 Cannons are backed by a lifetime replacement warranty, covering any issues related to normal wear and tear or material defects. Please note that damage caused by misuse or improper handling will void this warranty.

If your CO2 Cannon requires repair, we will service it at the lowest possible cost. To initiate a warranty claim, return the CO2 Cannons to us for a thorough inspection.

LOADING THE CANNON BARREL
Step 1 – If you received a piece of gray foam with your order, first insert it into the launcher barrel. Use any object to push it to the bottom of the barrel.
Step 2 – Remove the caps from both ends of the speed load tubes. Insert the contents (confetti or streamers) of the speed load tubes into the barrel of the cannon. Do not put the plastic tube in the barrel, just the contents. If you are loading our Stadium Streamers BE SURE TO REMOVE THE PIECE OF TAPE ON EACH STREAMER BEFORE YOU INSERT IT INTO THE CANNON BARREL.
Step 3 – Place the cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the barrel. This cap will help build compression to make the products fly higher into the air. Using the cannon compression tape, wrap the tape around the cap one and a quarter times, ensuring it is applied smoothly without air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.

THE TRIGGER UNIT
Step 4 – Insert the threaded Co2 cylinder into the aluminum piercing unit at the bottom of the barrel and screw it in clockwise slowly until it tightens. Continue turning until it is totally tight. You may hear gas releasing as you screw in the Co2. If so, continue screwing the Co2 until no gas is being released. The Co2 cylinder will feel cold once it is tightly screwed in.
Step 5 – Insert the barrel into the silver quick connect and push it down as far as it will go. (Note, if you're using our Quarter Turn Cannon the trigger unit is already connected to the barrel.) If there are 2 levers on the quick connect, lock then both down. The cannon is now ready to fire.

FIRING THE CANNON
Step 6 – Hold the trigger unit upright. Pull up the Blue lever on the left side of the trigger unit to the horizontal position. There is a safety slide on the blue lever, side it toward the blue lever to unlock it. Make sure the blue lever is in the closed position, (a 9 o’clock position). If the safety lock is not moved to the left, you will not be able to pull the Blue lever unit down to fire the cannon.
Step 7 – Point the cannon up and at a slight angle. (If firing CORKSCREWS aim the cannon straight up to achieve the correct spiraling effect). Quickly pull the blue lever down to a parallel position. The confetti or streamers will discharge out of the cannon into a wonderful display of color and fun! The Co2 cylinders will ice over upon discharge.

CAUTION – DO NOT AIM OR POINT THE CANNON BARRELS AT ANYONE.

NOTE – If you are RENTING one of our cannons and it arrived in a cardboard box, save the box for the return shipping.  Remove all used and unused Co2 cylinders before shipping the cannon back to us.  

If you have paid for round trip shipping for the rental, call us toll free at 877-321-1999 to arrange the pick up of the cannon.  There might be a return shipping label in your box; You can use it to ship the box back to us. If you break or lose any pieces of the cannon, please let us know.
