The Master Blaster CO₂ Confetti or Streamer Cannon is a powerful, versatile handheld cannon designed for events that demand mobility, speed, and serious visual impact. Measuring 42 inches long, its lightweight construction allows for effortless repositioning—perfect for dynamic indoor or outdoor environments where wind direction or timing may change.

Powerful, Reliable Performance Equipped with a U.S.-patented piercing unit the Master Blaster delivers consistent power, launching confetti or large streamers from 45' to 85' feet into the air. One 16 gram CO₂ cylinder can be pierced and loaded well in advance without leakage, allowing for stress-free setup hours—or even days—before your event.

For added flexibility, the same trigger assembly is interchangeable with our Mega Blaster Launcher, which features a larger 2" barrel to accommodate additional Flutter FETTI® product options.

Required Accessories To operate this launcher, you will need:

One 18" Speed-Load tube or two 9" Speed-Load tubes or 1 bag of our Large Streamers

Important Loading Note If using streamer products by the gross, or buying our large tissue or metallic streamers, each streamer includes a paper tab to keep it closed in packaging. You must break the paper tab before loading—failure to do so will prevent proper unrolling during launch.

Safety Notice Do not fire metallic streamers outdoors near overhead wires. Metallic PVC streamers conduct electricity and may cause electrical shorts if they contact power lines.

For outdoor use, we recommend:

• 2" x 40' tissue streamers,
• 18" Speed-Load tissue streamer tubes
• Both options are flame-retardant and safe for outdoor environments.

At Flutter FETTI®, our CO2 Cannons are backed by a lifetime replacement warranty, covering any issues related to normal wear and tear or material defects. Please note that damage caused by misuse or improper handling will void this warranty.

If your CO2 Cannon requires repair, we will service it at the lowest possible cost. To initiate a warranty claim, return the CO2 Cannons to us for a thorough inspection.

Ensure authenticity: Look for our Certified “Official Flutter FETTI” sticker on the outside of the box the Master Blaster cannon arrives in. Accept no imitations!

LOADING THE CANNON BARREL

Step 1.- First, insert the 1 1/4" piece of lifting foam into the bottom opening of the cannon barrel. The lifting foam will make the product fly higher into the air.

Step 2.- Remove the caps from both ends of the speed load tubes and insert the products into the cannon barrel.  We recommed using 2-18" speed load tubes or 4-9" speed load tubes of products to have an high impact special effect.   Do not put the plastic tube in the barrel, use only the contents. If you are loading our Stadium Streamers BE SURE TO REMOVE THE PIECE OF TAPE ON EACH STREAMER BEFORE YOU INSERT IT INTO THE CANNON BARREL.

Step 3.- Place the 1 1/4" cardboard compression cap over the mouth of the barrel. This cap will help build compression to make the products fly higher into the air. Using the cannon compression tape, wrap the tape around the cap one and a quarter times, ensuring it is applied smoothly without air bubbles. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.

THE TRIGGER UNIT

Step 4.- Next,  pull up the lever on the left side of the trigger unit to the horizontal position. The lever should be in the 9 o'clock position to close the valve.

Step 4.- Insert the threaded 16 gram CO₂ cylinder into the U.S. Patented aluminum piercing unit at the bottom of the barrel and slowly screw it in clockwise until it tightens. Continue turning until it is totally tight. You may hear gas releasing as you screw in the CO₂. If so, continue screwing the CO₂ until no gas is being released. The CO₂ cylinder will feel cold once it is tightly screwed in.

Step 5.- Insert the cannon barrel into the silver quick connect and push it down as far as it will go. If there are 2 levers on the quick connect, lock then both down. The cannon is now ready to fire.

FIRING THE CANNON

Step 6.- Hold the trigger unit upright. Make sure the lever is in the closed position, (a 9 o’clock position). 

Step 7.- Point the cannon up and at a slight angle. (If firing CORKSCREWS aim the cannon straight up to achieve the correct spiraling effect). Quickly pull the trigger unit lever down to a parallel position. The confetti or streamers will discharge out of the cannon into a wonderful display of color and fun! The CO₂ cylinders will ice over upon discharge.

We recommend immediately removing the products if they get wet to avoid potential staining or color transfer. Note: Our neon tissue and PVC do not stain.

Caution:
Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers outside near any overhead wires, because our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk of shorting out the nearest fuse or transformer.

NOTE:
If you are RENTING one of our cannons and it arrived in a cardboard box, save the box for the return shipping.  Remove all used and unused CO₂ cylinders before shipping the cannon back to us.
