Hidden inside the tube is a noisemaker so once you've hand flicked out the 10 metallic streamers be sure to blow inside the tube as the New Year comes in. Plus, there are Silver and Gold Metallic Pom-Poms at the end of the tube which you can swish back and forth toasting your loved ones as you sing Auld Lang Syne!

These "hand flick" tubes are perfect for a low ceiling 9-10' high. If your ceiling is lower please hold the tube horizontally when flicking the streamers out of the tube so the streamers won't hit your ceiling.

These silver and gold streamers inside of the tube are colored with dye that will NOT. BLEED IF THEY GET WET OR DAMP.

Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.

Instructions For Use
Step 1 – Hold the end of the tube with the Pompom Streamers firmly in your hand. Point the end of the tube filled with the metallic streamers upward and extend your arm upward above you head to the 12 o'clock position.
Step 2 – Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. Return the arm to the 12 o'clock position quickly flicking the wrist at the same time until all the streamers fly out of the tube.
Step 3 – Blow in the empty tube to hear the noisemaker as the New Year excitement begins!
Step 4 – Turn the tube over and swish the Pompoms back and forth cheering in the New Year!
