Our competitors  package their confetti in poly bags which are more difficult to load into a Co2 launcher barrel.  We package our Flutter FETTI confetti in 18" plastic tubes we call "speed load tubes" simply because you can easily and quickly unload the confetti from the  tube. Plus since we manufacture all our products in the USA not in a foreign country, we can "custom color" our 18" speed load tubes in 8 tissue colors and 8 metallic colors of your choice to coordinate with your events decor.

Flutter FETTi tissue confetti is made from biodegradable and flame proof tissue and our metallic film is also flame proof.  Our PVC metallic film is made from the thinnest gauge film you can buy. Our competitors who buy their products in a foreign country use a thicker gauge film. The thinner the film means you get more pieces of confetti in our speed load tubes plus because the film is so thin it hangs in the air a long time.

Our 18" speed load tubes of biodegradable flame proof tissue  Flutter FETTI with flame proof metallic film are very easy to use. First we recommend you push a lifting foam into the bottom of your launcher barrel.  

This will help the FETTI fly higher into the air. (Lifting foam is available on our website.) Next simply remove one of the caps from either end of the tube then slide the Flutter FETTI into your Co2 launcher barrel. After loading the speed load tubes into your launcher barrel we recommend putting a cardboard compression paper cap (also available on our website) on the top of the launcher barrel to help build compression to make the confetti fly high into the air! Once the cap is on, use  approximately 6” of our paper compression tape which releases the cap easily (which also is available on website) and wrap the tape all around the compression cap adhering it to the launcher barrel. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap. Now the Co2  launcher barrel filled with tissue and metallic Flutter FETTI is ready to be used.
