Instructions For Use
Step 1 – Hold the end of the tube with the Pompom Streamers firmly in your hand. Point the end of the tube filled with the Tissue Flutter FETTI® upward and extend your arm upward above you head to the 12 o'clock position.
Step 2 – Bring your forearm back to the 3 o'clock position. Return the arm to the 12 o'clock position quickly flicking the wrist at the same time until all the FETTI® flies out of the tube.
Step 3 – Blow in the empty tube to hear the noisemaker as the Mardi Gras excitement begins!
Step 4 – Turn the tube over and shake the Pompoms back and forth cheering as the Mardi Gras Parade passes by. The
