Flutter FETTI's Finger Slingers has 10 streamers, which are 6' long. The Metallic Streamers are all attached offering no clean up - no mess. Our Finger Slingers are "facility friendly." When the manager says "no mess," you still can provide a glitzy special effect with our Finger Slingers.
They are very easy to use and affordable, so everyone at the event can enjoy having one! The Metallic Confetti Streamers are made from flame proof PVC film.
You can “custom color” the Finger Slingers by choosing which colors you want by selecting the 10 metallic colors which will go w/your color scheme.

Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.
We “hand make” all our Finger Slingers here in Largo, Florida USA. We can only make 8 per hour in our factory located in Largo, Florida USA. But that’s why the work the first time EVERY TIME!

Your FINGER SLINGERS will have a circular sticker on the outside of the packing box stating FLUTTER FETTI CERTIFIED OFFICIAL PRODUCT. If it doesn’t have this sticker then it’s not an authentic Flutter FETTI products.

Instructions For Use
Step 1.- Put your finger through the circular rubber band at the top of the streamer pack.
Step 2.- Remove the other rubber band from the streamer pack. NOTE- Hold the streamer roll tightly in the palm of your hand as you remove the rubber band, so the roll doesn't come unraveled.
Step 3.- Holding onto the streamer roll with the rubber band flap on the palm of your hand, throw the streamer pack under hand high into the air. Watch the metallic streamers unroll into party fun.
Step 4.- Gather up the streamers and either wear them around your neck as you dance the night away or throw them away.
