9" TUBE with Finger Slingers Attached

Our 6' long FINGER SLINGERS come attached to a 9" tube and are easy to use and offer NO CLEAN UP-NO MESS! Often many venues state they want NOTHING on the floor or their venue. So Finger Slingers are your answer! They are affordable, so everyone at the event can enjoy having one! The Metallic Streamers are made from flame proof PVC film. So even if a guest accidentally puts the streamers on a candle it won't burn.
When you receive them there will be a plastic sleeve over the Finger Slinger. Simply remove the plastic sleeve, then "Flick the tube" waving the streamers back and forth as they unroll in the air. These offer a beautiful photo opportunity as you can custom color the streamers to match the decor of your wedding.

We “hand make” all our Finger Slingers here in Largo, Florida USA. We can only make 8 per hour in our factory located in Largo, Florida USA. But that’s why they work the first time EVERY TIME!
If the box your product arrives in doesn’t have the Certified Flutter FETTI stick on the outside of it then it isn’t an authentic Flutter FETTI product.
WARNING: Do not point, flick, or fling toward anyone when using.
Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.

Instructions For Use
Step 1 – Hold the end of the tube with no streamers on it firmly in your hand. Carefully remove the poly bag from top of the Finger Slinger. Extend your arm upward above your head to the 12 o’clock position.
Step 2 – Bring your forearm back to the 3 o’clock position. Return the arm to the 12:00 clock position quickly flicking the wrist at the same time until the Finger Slingers streamers fly out of the wrap. If nothing happens, snap harder.
Step 3 – Swish the Finger Slingers back and forth during your event. Then you’ll have SURPRISE and EXCITEMENT in the air showering your guests with FUN.
