This Co2 Continuous Flow confetti blaster is designed for small or moderate size venues. The Baby Gerb continuous confetti launcher  horns  offer multi level launch positions. When renting it comes with a push button launching control unit shown in the photo. It easily moves around and can even sit on a table or a stage floor. The Co2 confetti blaster provides a SPECTACULAR  "special effect" in a small package.

The horns in this video are angled down for use in a lower ceiling (12’ high) venue. The Flutter FETTI® confetti  flies out around 25’ across the room. The horns can be positioned more straight up to use in a room with a higher ceiling. Products can shoot as high as 40’ into the air with this continuous confetti cannon.

The hopper can hold 1 Lb. of tissue or a combination of tissue and metallic Flutter FETTI. You can either push the control button down and hold it and all the Flutter FETTI will fly out or you can Push and Release the control button 5 times releasing the confetti each time for short bursts plus it's compatible with DMX.

The Baby Gerb is made in the USA.  WARNING: Do not angle the horn towards anyone when using this launcher.

It operates using liquid siphon Co2 and electricity. You will  either  have to rent a 5 lb tank (which lasts 10 seconds), 20 lb tank (which lasts 40 sections or 50 lb which lasts 2 minutes) depending on how many lbs. of Flutter FETTI long you want to shoot into the air. Our Baby Gerb Confetti Launcher as you can see from the videos above is very powerful and generates a LOT OF EXCITEMENT when our Flutter FETTI is in the air. It's perfect to use for Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Nightclubs, Small Proms, Graduations, and Baby Gender Reveals.

Disclaimer: Note some confetti products are colored with dye that may stain if they become damp or wet. Please remove wet confetti immediately upon discharge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Thank you for purchasing or renting the Baby Gerb from Flutter FETTI. The Baby Gerb is not a toy and should only be operated by adults. Please keep original box and packaging for rental return if you rented this machine.

 

First open your package and be sure all the following items are included:

Co2 hose with brass fitting and Co2 fiber washer (zip tied to brass fitting)

Black confetti machine with power cord

Control unit (if you ordered one)

5 LB Co2 Tank (if you ordered one)

Items Required by User:

Adjustable wrench

Liquid Co2 tank with a siphon tube

Set Up Instructions:

Step 1

Remove the Baby Gerb from the box and mount to a stable surface using the bolt/screw holes on bottom plate. Be sure the Baby Gerb is secured to keep from tipping over while in operation.

Step 2

Attach small, silver female fitting on the hose to the silver fitting on backside of the Gerb. (Near the power cord). Hand tighten with adjustable wrench. Do not over tighten.

Step 3

Cut the zip tie and insert the fiber washer into the brass end of the Co2 hose.

Step 4

Attach the brass end of the hose to the Liquid Co2 bottle and tighten with adjustable wrench.

Step 5

Open Co2 bottle valve and listen for any leaks. If you have leaks be sure to tighten fittings until leaking stops.

Step 6

Once you assess there are no leaks, plug in the Baby Gerb to a standard 110v plug (wall plug). or extension cord) or if you ordered a control unit plug the Gerb into the control unit then plug the control unit into a 110V outlet.

Step 7

Now with the Baby Gerb plugged in, slowly open the Co2 bottle valve all the way open.

Step 8

Pre-fill your confetti into the short side top of the Baby Gerb. You can pre-fill with 1 lb of confetti products.

Step 9

Once you have the desired amount of confetti in the hopper, push the red button on the control unit to launch. You will hear a loud noise and confetti will be launched while the button is pushed. When you let off button the confetti machine will stop launching.

Step 10

With the button pushed you may insert handfuls of confetti into the top hopper on the Gerb until the bottle of Co2 empties

Step 11

Once bottle is empty or you have finished your event, close the valve on top of Co2 bottle. With the valve closed push the launch button on the control unit until all remaining Co2 is released from the line.

Now with all pressure released, unplug the Baby Gerb and remove the fittings from the machine and the Co2 tank.

Warning: DO NOT PLACE HANDS OR FACE OVER THE LONG TUBE OF CONFETTI MACHINE AT ANY TIME. DO NOT LOOK DOWN THE LONG TUBE OF CONFETTI MACHINE UNTIL THE VALVE IS CLOSED AND ALL Co2 IS BLED FROM THE HOSE.
