To use the 9'' Hand Flick tube simply remove either cap then hold the closed end in your hand extending your arm straight up into the air to the 12:00 position. Bring your forearm back to the 3:00 position. Return the arm to the 12:00 position flicking the wrist at the same time until all the Flutter FETTI flutters, flies and floats out of the tube.
Our 9" Hand flick tubes are "Handmade" in our factory in Largo, Florida USA. Our 9" Tube comes filled with 4 partially wrapped stacks of TISSUE of Flutter FETTI confetti. We take the time to partially wrap each stack of tissue Flutter FETTI so once the stacks are FLICKED out of the tube the stacks stay together longer as the confetti slowwly floats downward as your guests are amazed at this special effect. As you know, Flutter FETTI confetti is known for its "Slow Fall" special effect. There are approximately 2,000 pieces of tissue Flutter FETTI inside of each tube.

Instructions For Use
Our 9" Airless (Meaning NO Co2 required) "Hand Flick" tubes are very simple to use.
Hold either end of the tube. Then raise your arm straight up into the air.
Then point the tube in the 3:00 position and begin flicking the tube stopping at 12:00 o'clock high and the Flutter FETTI confetti will flutter, fly and float out of the tube adding excitement and awe to your event. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.
NOTE-If you flick the tube forward instead of straight up into the air then the Flutter FETTI Confetti will fly out of the tube forward offering a disappointing special effect. So please REMEMBER to keep your arm high in the air as you're flicking the tube.
This product is made in the USA. It will work the first time EVERYTIME!
When your order arrives at your delivery location be sure it has a CERTIFIED “Official FLUTTER FETTI STICKER" on the outside of the box to be sure it is an authentic Flutter FETTI product!
