Generally, to shoot streamers into the air, you need a CO₂ launcher. But Jim Watkins, our Master Confettiologist, invented our revolutionary Airless Launchers, which do not need CO₂ to shoot streamers into the air. These Hand Flick Streamer Cannons can launch our streamers up to 9' to 12' into the air with the flick of your wrist.

They were designed for venues with lower ceiling heights. If your ceiling is very low, you can flick the tube horizontally, and the streamers will still fly out of the tube for an exciting visual effect.

Our Airless Hand Flick Streamer Cannons use Proprietary Manufacturing Specifications and a special PVC film, allowing the streamers to fly out of the tube and hang beautifully in the air for an exciting celebration effect.

Silent Launch / No Loud Pop

How to Use

Hold the tube firmly.

Point the tube away from people, faces, animals, and breakable items.

Hold the cannon high in the air and aim straight up toward 12 o’clock.

Flick the tube with your wrist to release the streamers into the air.

For the best effect, make sure the streamers do not hit the ceiling.

For very low ceilings, flick the tube horizontally.

Products from Flutter FETTI® are designed and manufactured in our factory in the USA. We are not simply reselling foreign-made products. Our team carefully produces each Airless Hand Flick Streamer Cannon using our Proprietary Manufacturing Specifications so the streamers inside the tube are packed just right for dependable performance.

Important Outdoor Caution

Do not launch metallic streamers outside over telephone wires, power lines, or electrical lines. Our PVC metallic streamers conduct electricity. If they land on two power lines, you risk shorting out the nearest fuse or transformer.

For outdoor events near power lines, use our 9" Speed Load Tubes filled with tissue Flutter FETTI® streamers and a CO₂ cannon to launch them. Tissue streamers are a better choice for outdoor use near electrical lines.

Ensure Authenticity

Be sure when your 9" Pride Airless Hand Flick Streamer Cannon tubes arrive that the box has the Flutter FETTI® “Certified Official Product” sticker on the outside of the box. If it does not have the sticker, it is not an authentic Flutter FETTI® product.

To operate the 9" Airless tube filled with 10 metallic streamers simply hold the empty end where you can’t see the streamers inside of the tube.

Hold the arm with the streamers in your hand straight up in the air and tilt it back to the 3:00 position Then simply "Flick the Tube,” stopping at 12:00 high and the streamers will fly out of the tube the highest approximately 9’ - 12’ high into the air. Keep flicking until all the streamers are out of the tube and in the air.

If you flick the tube FORWARD and DON'T STOP AT THE 12:00 high position the streamers WILL NOT fly high into the air. They will fly out forward landing on the floor disappointing you and your guests.
