FLUTTER FETTI IN ACTION.
Our speed load confetti tubes are super easy to use! Simply remove the plastic cap from one end of the tube and pour the tissue confetti into one of our Co2 launcher barrels.
Then we recommend putting a paper cap on the top of the launcher barrel to help build compression to make the confetti fly high into the air! Once the cap is on use approximately 6” of our paper compression tape (which releases the cap easily) and wrap the tape all around the compression cap adhering it to the launcher barrel. DO NOT tape across the top of the cap.
If your launcher barrel is not connected to the trigger unit lift the levers on the quick connect coupler on the trigger unit and insert the launcher barrel into the coupler. Push down on the quick release levers locking the the barrel into the proper position. Double-check the connectors so that they are securely fastened and locked.
Pull the lever on the trigger up into the horizontal position. Insert 1-threaded Co2 cylinder to our U.S. Patented piercing unit at the bottom of the launcher barrel and screw it until it tightens and turns cold.
Point the launcher barrel at a slight angle and quickly pull the lever down to the perpendicular position. The Flutter FETTI confetti will discharge out of the launcher into a display that will amaze your guests!

Caution: Do not fire launchers loaded with Metallic Streamers with FETTI outside near any overhead wires, for our PVC streamers conduct electricity. If our streamers land on 2 power lines, you run the risk that they may short out the nearest fuse or transformer.
Be sure the box your 18" Speed Load arrive in have our Certified “Official Flutter FETTI” sticker on the outside of the box. Otherwise it’s not a Flutter FETTI authentic product.
