Ensure Authenticity

Be sure when your 14" Pride Hand Flick Confetti Cannon tubes arrive that the box has the Flutter FETTI® “Certified Official Product” sticker on the outside of the box. If it does not have the sticker, it is not an authentic Flutter FETTI® product.

While our tissue is safe under normal conditions, when saturated with liquid and under pressure, our tissue confetti may bleed color. Please remove the tissue confetti immediately if it gets wet.

Step 1 – Hold either end of the 14” Confetti Sticks in your hand and raise your arm straight up high into the air so you’re not bending your elbow.

Step 2 – Then point the tube in the 3:00 position. Then quickly bring the tube back to the 12:00 position straight up into the air, flicking the tube with your wrist stopping at 12:00 high to make the Flutter FETTI® fly the highest into the air. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube, always stopping at the 12:00 position.

(NOTE – If you flick the tube accidentally forward, you will be disappointed with the effect because the FETTI® will fly out of the tube forward falling to the ground instead of fluttering, flying and floating high into the air. So, it’s important that you flick the tube straight up into the air.)
