Instructions For Use
Step 1 - Hold the end with the Pom-Pom streamers on it. Then raise your arm straight up into the air. Do not bend your elbows.
Then point the tube in the 3:00 position bringing it back up to the 12:00 position and begin flicking the tube stopping at 12:00 o'clock high. The Flutter FETTI® confetti will flutter, fly and float out of the tube up to 15' high into the air adding Excitement and awe to your 4th of July event. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI® is out of the tube.
NOTE - If you flick the tube forward instead of straight up into the air then the Flutter FETTI Confetti will fly out of the tube forward offering a disappointing special effect. So please REMEMBER to keep your arm high in the air as you're flicking the tube.
Step 2 - Once the tube is empty swish the tube back and forth showing your Patriotism swishing the streamers back and forth in the air. This product is a safe eco friendly product for your kids to use during your 4th of July celebration.
When your order arrives at your delivery location be sure it has a CERTIFIED “Official FLUTTER FETTI STICKER" on the outside of the box to be sure it is an authentic Flutter FETTI product
