HOW TO USE OUR CONFETTI STICK LAUNCHERS
Our 14 inch tube wrapped in red holographic film for the Holiday season. These
Christmas confetti cannon tubes will come prefilled with 4,200 pieces of tissue Flutter FETTI. These sticks are filled with Flutter FETTI® in White, Green and Red confetti. With the “flick of the wrist be amazed as the Flutter FETTI flies up to 15' high then slowly downward.
The Christmas paper confetti tissue in our confetti sticks are biodegradable and flame-retardant.
HOLIDAY CONFETTI STICKS ARE ALL HAND MADE IN THE USA SO THEY WORK THE FIRST TIME EVERYTIME!
If when your Holiday confetti sticks arrive check the box they arrive in to be sure they have a circular sticker which says they are Authentic Flutter FETTi products. If it doesn't have that sticker on the box they are NOT Flutter FETTI products.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO USE THE 14"
HOLIDAY "HAND FLICK" LAUNCHER

Step 1 - Hold either end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend the arm upward to the 12 o'clock position.
Step 2 - Bring the arm back to the 3 o'clock position. Return the arm to the 12 o'clock position quickly flicking the wrist at the same time. The Flutter FETTI ® will flutter, fly and float spectacularly in the air.
