Kick up energy and excitement levels with our REVOLUTIONARY 18″ Airless Handheld Confetti Launchers! Each "hand flick" confetti launcher is preloaded with tissue FLUTTER FETTI confetti at both ends, giving you two shots per tube and two times the fun!
Our 18" Hand Flick Flutter FETTI confetti launchers are very easy to use and they are designed for easy clean up. You simply flick one end of the tube, turn it over and flick the other end. You can either vacuum or sweep up our tissue Flutter FETTI.
Flutter FETTI originated the Hand flick confetti launchers. We use proprietary Manufacturing Specification when we make these 18" Confetti Cannons in our USA based factory. So they work the first time EVERYTIME! Many companies try to duplicate our products but unless it's made by Flutter FETTI the quality is not the same.
These tubes are filled with (Eco- Friendly) biodegradable, flame proof tissue. Since we hand make them you can choose up to 8 colors of tissue Flutter FETTI to have inserted inside of the tubes. So be sure to choose the colors you want when you check out to coordinate with your party's color scheme.
When your 18" Airless Confetti Cannons arrive please check that the box has the Flutter FETTI "Certified Official Product Sticker" on the Outside of the Box otherwise it's not an Authentic Flutter FETTI product.
Disclaimer: NOTE - Some tissue colors of confetti will stain if it gets wet or damp once discharged from the tube. So be sure to clean it up immediately if this happens.

Instructions For Use
Step 2 - Then Point the tube in the 3:00 position and begin flicking the tube upward stopping at 12:00 o'clock high and the Flutter FETTI® confetti will flutter, fly and float out of the tube adding excitement and awe to your event. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.
Step 3 - Once all the Flutter FETTi is out of the tube, turn the tube over, raise your arm high into the air and begin flicking again until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the other end of the tube.
Always remember to stop straight up in the air at the 12:00 position so the Flutter FETTI will go the highest into the air. The 18″ tube will propel rectangular-shaped Flutter FETTI tissue confetti 15′ to 20′ high into the air.
NOTE - It’s important that you don’t flick the tube forward because the tissue Flutter FETTI confetti will fly forward landing on the GROUND which will disappoint you and your guests.
