Our 6" "Hand Flick" Airless Launcher (Meaning No Co2 required to shoot the confetti out of the tube) comes wrapped with a silver holographic wrap around the tube. We love this wrap because it gives the tube an upscale look perfect for ANY EVENT. The tube is filled with rectangular (aerodynamically) shaped Water Soluble Flutter FETTI. Note, while water soluble confetti disintegrates  with moisture, the process is NOT instantaneous and may require manual agitation. If the venue for your event has a low ceiling (9' to 10') this is the perfect product to add FUN and EXCITEMENT at your event.

We decided to design a 6" tube because it contains the perfect amount of Flutter FETTI for use in a low ceiling venue. In fact, that's the reason we have various size "Hand Flick" tubes because of various venue ceiling heights.

We want to be sure the Flutter FETTI disperses correctly in the air and doesn't hit the ceiling and not correctly flutter, fly and float in the air.

GREAT SUGGESTION! - Many of our event planners recommend having the waiters at your event pass out the 6” "Hand Flick" Launchers to your guests on trays then have your DJ or Master of Ceremonies tell everyone how to use them and when to use them. Then all your guests will know how and when to use them. Then you'll have an EXPLOSION OF FUN at your event!

Be sure when your 6" Airless "Hand Flick" products arrive that the outside of the box they arrive in has a Flutter FETTI "Certified OFFICIAL PRODUCT STICKER" on the outside of the box. Otherwise it's not an Authentic Flutter FETTI product.

6" CONFETTI STICK FILLED WITH TISSUE FLUTTER FETTI®

 A GREAT PRODUCT FOR LOW CEILING VENUES!

Our 6" Airless (Meaning NO Co2 required) "Hand Flick" tubes are very simple to use.

Hold either end of the tube.  Then raise your arm straight up into the air.

Then point the tube in the 3:00 position and begin flicking the tube stopping at 12:00 o'clock high and the Flutter FETTI confetti will flutter, fly and float out of the tube adding excitement and awe to your event. Keep flicking until all the Flutter FETTI is out of the tube.

NOTE- If you flick the tube forward instead of straight up into the air then the Flutter FETTI Confetti will fly out of the tube forward offering a disappointing special effect. So please REMEMBER to keep your arm high in the air as you're flicking the tube.

This product is made in the USA. It will work the first time EVERYTIME!

When your order arrives at your delivery location be sure it has a CERTIFIED “Official FLUTTER FETTI STICKER" on the outside of the box to be sure it is an authentic Flutter FETTI product!
